David Perlmutter, M.D. is America’s Brain Health Expert. He encourages us to consume more healthy natural fats that are vital for a healthy brain, along with plenty of fresh organic vegetables rich in protective antioxidants and other essential brain nutrients. (Dawn Thorpe Jarvis, Extraordinary Health, Vol. 33)
